Scope of work:
Magpie BMS Services Ltd completed a controls upgrade at Fusilier House in Balham High Road. This was conjunction with Fletchers Facilities Ltd who carried out the installation of new boilers, pumps, and reconfiguration of pipework.
Our scope of work was to install a Trend IQ4 controller into the existing panel rather than manufacture a new panel, due to budget constraints. The enclosure was removed to our workshop and all existing components removed and rebuilt to the new design.
Summary of Services:
A particular feature was the use of a Lenovo M8(8”) tablet to run the IQ View feature embedded in the controller. The advantage this has over the standard 4” screen is that not only is it easier to see, it is more user friendly, has a quicker response time, and it is also more cost effective.
