Magpie BMS Services Ltd are proud to have assisted with the redevelopment project of the boiler room at Greenshaw High School, Sutton.
Greenshaw High School is a successful and popular secondary school in Sutton, Surrey. Therefore, it was important that the boiler room refurbishment ran as efficiently as possible to ensure minimal disruption to students and other building occupants.
Magpie’s expert team of engineers designed and installed a control system in-line with the client’s bespoke requirements, enabling ease of use and control of the boiler system serving the school’s science block.
Furthermore, to minimise downtime and disruption, the Magpie BMS team installed a temporary boiler as the works progressed to ensure that a heating supply was still serving the school- allowing the premises to remain fully operational.
The project was to the value of £46,000 and took place throughout the duration of 3 weeks in November 2020.
To date, Magpie BMS are pleased to be in correspondence with the client, ensuring the continuous running of the boiler room and service provision to the school’s science department.
